Sometimes you just want the countdown and nothing else. Tap the running timer and it expands into a full-screen focus view: a big, quiet countdown, your focus area, and who else is focusing right now. On desktop it goes true full screen — browser chrome and all — the way a video player does.
Everything's still one tap away. Pause, resume, stop, or add a minute right from the controls, and press Esc (or the minimize button) to drop back to where you were. A little hint shows you the timer is tappable, so it's easy to find.
