Before & after: note how a session starts, see how it ended

Set up a session with a note, a feeling, a place and a book, then write how it went when you finish. Your own posts show both notes side by side.

Pressing Focus still starts a session in one tap. If you want more, there is now a small more options link under the timer. It opens a setup sheet with a notes field, "What would you like to achieve?", and pills above it for your focus area, length, how you feel, where you are and the book you are reading, with search. Press start when you are ready. Everything in it is optional, and on a phone it slides up from the bottom like the finish dialog.

When the session ends, the finish dialog keeps your notes together like a little stack of paper. The green after note is where you write how it went. Your before note peeks out behind it: tap it, or the arrow, to read what you wrote at the start, then after to go back. You can delete the before note if it no longer fits, and Roomie asks first. Discarding the whole session asks first too.

On your own posts, the two notes sit side by side, taped down, with a mood sticker on each and a scribbled arrow between them, so you can see how you felt going in and coming out. If your post text is the same as your after note, it shows once. Sessions with notes stay as their own cards instead of being grouped with others.

Your notes are private. Only you see them, on your own posts; friends and followers see the session as before.

Shadows in dark mode got a fix along the way, so cards and stickers fall into the page instead of glowing.
