Share a focus area outside Roomie

Every focus area can now have a public page and a live badge for your README, and commits you push while focusing can ride along on the session you share.

Your focus time has always lived inside Roomie. Now a focus area can have a public page: turn on the public link in its settings and anyone can see how much time you have put in, your last seven days, the heat map, and the sessions you chose to share. Private sessions still count towards the total but never show up in the list.

For the developers among you, the same switch gives you a badge. It reads "Focused · 42h 10m", stays up to date on its own, and links back to your page. Paste it into a README as Markdown or HTML, with a dark and light version, or as a shields.io endpoint if you prefer their styling. There is a larger card with the seven-day trend too. Regenerate the link at any time and every badge already out there stops working.

Connect GitHub and link a repository to a focus area, and the commits you push during a session show up when you share it, on any branch. Tick the ones you want to attach, or none. They appear on the post as a small "3 commits" row that opens to the messages and links. Roomie only ever asks for read access to the repositories you pick.

Focus area settings also moved out of the little edit dialog onto their own page: name, description, cover and theme up top, the weekly goal, sharing, and then GitHub and the merge, archive and delete actions tucked under an expander.
