Supporter status syncs, and the feed stays current

A subscription bought on the web now shows on iOS and the other way round, and the feed picks up renamed focus areas without a reload.

If you became a Supporter on the web, the iOS app sometimes kept asking you to subscribe, and an iOS purchase could fail to unlock premium themes. The app and the server were identifying you to the store under two different spellings of the same id. They now agree, existing purchases are moved over automatically the next time the app opens, and if the store does have a problem you see its actual message instead of a generic "check your connection".

The Home feed kept showing a focus area's old name and no icon after you changed them, until a full reload. It now refreshes what changed while leaving untouched posts exactly as they were.

Grouped posts fold a run of sessions into one card, and until now that fold also hid the books read and commits pushed during the run. They show on the collapsed card now, and expanding the timeline still lists them per session.

On phones, the focus area cover no longer overlaps the header, and opening a profile or focus area always starts at the top of the page.
